CalHR, et al"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Dear&nbsp;Colleagues,<br><br>We\u2019d&nbsp;like to update you\u2014without any further comment\u2014as to the progress of the lawsuit&nbsp;filed by Alliance Director Maryanne Gilliard on behalf of all California judges and justices alleging that the state has not&nbsp;been calculating our salary&nbsp;increases correctly.&nbsp;<br><br>Last&nbsp;Friday, the attorneys for all parties appeared in Los Angeles Superior Court to address the Joint&nbsp;Initial Status Conference Statement.&nbsp;We&nbsp;have attached the Status Conference Statement and the court\u2019s minute order for&nbsp;your review.
